3. Do you support OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support both OEM (production based on provided drawings or samples) and ODM (end-to-end product development from scratch).
4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies depending on the product type, and more flexible MOQ arrangements are available during the product development phase.
5. How long is the new product development cycle?
Generally 30–60 days, depending on the product complexity and development requirements.
6. Do you support prototyping services?
Yes. We offer various prototyping methods including 3D printing and CNC hand prototyping, to help customers quickly verify their product designs.
7. Is the prototyping fee refundable?
The prototyping fee can usually be partially or fully refunded when the order volume reaches a certain threshold.
8. Can you help optimize the product design?
Yes, this is one of our core capabilities. We will provide optimization suggestions from the perspectives of structure, material and manufacturing process.
9. Can you help reduce the product cost?
Yes. We help customers achieve cost optimization through structural optimization, material substitution and production plan adjustment.
10. Do you support brand customization (LOGO / packaging)?
Yes. We provide complete brand customization services, including LOGO, color and packaging design.
